English rule book pg 9 What is meant by
"and an object can pick up the object for no AP. How
can an object pick something up??

The complete sentence is:
"A character moving through a square occupied by a wounded character AND an object can pick up the object for no AP."

It means that if there is a wounded character carrying an object, another character can move through this character and pickup the object for 0 AP.
