I got the addon but I don't get it:
The marker is printed with the character on both sides, so how can you place him hidden in the dungeon during the start phase?
And: I got the character (the carton) but no plastic stand. Do I always have to switch the sockets when I switch the characters? That's silly.

You can't place him hidden, that's all.

You can ask Asmodée-US for more-plastic stand. You also can buy some on any Game Pieces Store. In france, Asmodee give the goodies with the plastic stand.
