There aren't much in my part of the province... Yet, Capitaine Grappin could maybe help you if you contact him. Either use his mail address usually available on his "information panel", or either contact him or others on the boards of Dragons Nocturnes. There is a high possibility that you could be able to play in Montreal, at Le Valet d'Coeur by exemple (Click here to go to their website)
Anyhow, organized play in Quebec is rare, and Asmodee is not giving us the opportunity to do so either. At best, you could find some players near your town... (Dragons Nocturnes is a good way to find some).
And obviously, it will probably be in French, if in Quebec. Yet, most of us do understand English and would be pleased to help you in translations (if French is a little bit too complicated for you)

The promotion of the game rests mainly on the shoulders of the fans.
Where the players are active and organize tournaments and stuff, there are strong communities.
